Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, pending courier pick up and availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times:

  • North Island: Expect delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • South Island: Expect delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as courier service availability, weather conditions, and public holidays. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.
