Returns Policy for Domino Tyre Distribution
At Domino Tyre Distribution, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide top-quality products and excellent service. Should you find the need to return a tyre purchase, we have established a clear returns policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Tyres must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. This includes fitting.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dominotyres.co.nz to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the tyres in their original packaging and clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). We can however provide you with a shipping label at a wholesale rate to save you time and money.
3. Inspection and Refunds:
- Upon receipt of the returned tyres, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your tyres for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired tyres through our website or customer service team.
5. Exceptions:
- Customized or special-order tyres may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
- Returns of tyres purchased through third-party retailers or distributors must be handled according to their respective returns policies.
- Tyres fitted by a third party company, should they damage the tyre during fitting it is their responsibility to replace the tyre. We will however provide a replacement at wholesale to help. Have them contact us at support@dominotyres.co.nz with images of the tyre.
