Welcome to Domino Tyres Wholesale! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our online tyre retailer application.
Application Process:
- 1.1 To become a wholesale partner with Domino Tyres, you must complete and submit the online application form available on our website.
- 1.2 Domino Tyres reserves the right to review and evaluate all applications received. Approval of wholesale accounts is not guaranteed and is subject to our discretion.
Wholesale Pricing and Discounts:
- 2.1 Approved wholesale partners will have access to wholesale pricing and volume discounts based on their purchasing history and agreement terms.
- 2.2 Pricing and discounts may vary based on product availability, market conditions, and other factors determined by Domino Tyres.
Order Placement and Fulfillment:
- 3.1 Wholesale partners can place orders through our online platform or via designated communication channels as agreed upon.
- 3.2 Domino Tyres will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner; however, we do not guarantee immediate availability of all products.
Payment Terms:
- 4.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the wholesale agreement between Domino Tyres and the approved partner.
- 4.2 Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of wholesale privileges.
Shipping and Delivery:
- 5.1 Shipping costs will be determined based on the shipping method, destination, and order size.
- 5.2 Domino Tyres is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit but will assist in resolving shipping-related issues with carriers whenever possible.
Returns and Refunds:
- 6.1 Wholesale partners must adhere to Domino Tyres' return and refund policies as outlined in the wholesale agreement.
- 6.2 Returns of damaged or defective products must be reported within a specified timeframe for consideration.
Intellectual Property:
- 7.1 Domino Tyres retains all intellectual property rights related to its brand, products, and marketing materials.
- 7.2 Wholesale partners are prohibited from using Domino Tyres' intellectual property without prior written consent.
Termination of Wholesale Agreement:
- 8.1 Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in the agreement.
- 8.2 Upon termination, wholesale partners must cease using Domino Tyres' branding and return any remaining inventory per agreed-upon terms.
Governing Law:
- 9.1 These terms and conditions, along with any agreements between Domino Tyres and wholesale partners, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
- 9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and agreements shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as outlined in the agreement.
By submitting an application to become a wholesale partner with Domino Tyres, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Domino Tyres reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our wholesale services implies acceptance of any such changes.
